Maximum Number for St Rita’s Church is 62 + priest

VOLUNTEERS STILL NEEDED
For all Masses to go ahead one marshal and two cleaners are required. These volunteers need to be under 70 years of age.

MASSES DURING THE WEEK
Will recommence on Monday 6 th July in the church.
Mass Times are 9am on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
Holy Hour on Fridays after Mass.

TO ATTEND:
1. Parishioners must register for the Mass they wish to attend at least one working day beforehand by phoning or
emailing the Parish Office. Your registration will be received during working hours (Mon. to Fri. from 9am - 2pm).
2. Parishioners need to give the names of those attending, their address and their phone number.
3. You will be asked the usual COVID questions and given a seat number.
4. The Parish Secretary will draw up a list of attendees for each Mass with their details and seat number for COVID
Tracking purposes. This list will be kept at the Parish securely, in keeping with privacy laws for 8 weeks and then will be
destroyed.
ON THE DAY:
1. If you are ill – please do not attend.
2. Fr. Ladu will unlock the church and open the door at 8:20am.
3. When arriving please observe social distancing and wait at the door. A marshal will greet you, note your name and the
time your arrival.
4. Toilets will be open for use. When using the facilities please remember to observe safe hygiene and social distancing.
5. When leaving please check-out with the Marshal for noting the time of your departure.
6. After Mass please not congregate in groups outside the church or in the carpark, but communicate at a social distance.

Will recommence on Saturday 11 th July and Sunday 12 th July.
Mass Times are Saturdays at 5pm, Sundays at 7am & 9am.
TO ATTEND:
1. Parishioners must register for the Mass they wish to attend at least one working day beforehand by phoning or

RECONCILIATION (Penance/Confession)
Will recommence on Saturday 11 th July from 4:30pm to 4:50pm in the chapel (not the church).
You do not need to register for the Sacrament of Reconciliation.
Please wait on the chairs outside the external chapel door. Fr. Ladu will open the door for each person. You will enter
and exit via the external chapel door.
If you are not attending Mass afterward, please make your way home. Do not enter the church. Thank you.
If you wish to receive Reconciliation at another time, please contact the Parish Office or Fr. Ladu to make an
appointment.


PRIVATE PRAYER
If a parishioner would like to come to the church for private prayer: They need to book ahead with the Parish Office. They will
need to come to the Parish Office before & after going to the church for signing in and signing out.
 
FUNERALS, WEDDINGS & BAPTISMS
Funerals, Weddings and Baptisms can now have up to 62 people.
Please phone the Parish Office to make an appointment to make arrangements.
 
PRAYER & SOCIAL GROUPS
Any of St Rita’s social and prayer groups who are considering reopening must consult with Fr Ladu personally.
A plan and protocols need to be discussed with him. Please contact the Parish Office to arrange an appointment.
